XActions Support
XActions turns private HTTP topic publications into iPhone notifications. Anonymous use is available immediately; a free account adds recovery, more devices, and longer history. Anonymous accounts can also enable verified fallback calls without adding email.
Common help
- You may sign in with email, Apple, or Google when that option is enabled. Apple users who hide their email will see an Apple private relay address. Linking another provider is a separate, explicit signed-in action.
- If notifications do not arrive, open XActions and check notification permission, then re-register the device.
- Treat each publishing URL as a bearer secret. Delete and recreate a topic if its URL is exposed.
- Fallback calls require a verified United States or Canadian number, global call consent, per-topic opt-in, and an explicit sender request. Anonymous accounts verify their current phone again before enabling calls or changing a verified number; no email account is required. Quotas and safety circuit breakers may skip a call without blocking the push notification.
- XActions is not an emergency, medical, life-safety, alarm-monitoring, or 911 replacement. Delivery and calls are best effort.
Verification texts and automated fallback calls are sent only after you initiate phone verification and separately enable calling. Only add a number you control and only enable automated calls when you have authority to receive them.
Anonymous accounts are automatically removed after 90 days with neither authenticated management use nor a successful publication request, including an idempotent replay. Their bearer does not otherwise expire, so keep it in the app Keychain and add email recovery if you need a recoverable account. Free-account sessions expire after 365 days at most or 90 days without authenticated use.
Use Delete XActions Data to remove only XActions while retaining your Xin account and other Xin products. Use Delete Xin Account only when you intend to remove the shared Xin identity and every Xin product membership.
