XActions Terms and Acceptable Use
Effective August 25, 2026
By using XActions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your publishers and content
You are responsible for every app, script, service, or automation that publishes through your XActions topics. You may submit only notification content that you own or are authorized to use, process, and send to each intended recipient. Do not publish on behalf of another person or organization, or connect a system you do not control, without permission. Treat each private publishing URL as a credential and promptly replace it if exposed.
Limited service license
You retain your rights in submitted notification content. You grant Xintech LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, copy, process, format, store, transmit, and deliver that content and related delivery metadata only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support XActions. This includes providing the content to delivery providers such as Apple and, when you enable fallback calls, Twilio. Storage and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use XActions for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, abusive, privacy-invasive, or unsolicited content. Do not distribute malware; probe or compromise accounts, topics, devices, providers, or infrastructure; interfere with other users; overload the service; evade quotas or safety controls; or use publishing capabilities obtained without authorization.
Limits and enforcement
Plan quotas, rate limits, retention periods, provider restrictions, and safety circuit breakers apply. XActions may reject, throttle, delay, or skip delivery when a limit or provider restriction applies. Xintech LLC may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Best-effort service
XActions notifications and fallback calls are provided on a best-effort, as-available basis and may be delayed, duplicated, or unavailable. XActions is not an emergency, medical, life-safety, alarm-monitoring, or 911 service. Do not rely on it where delayed or missed delivery could cause harm, and use appropriate dedicated emergency or monitoring services instead.
